1. What Ranked Cappers is

Ranked Cappers is record-keeping and analytics software for Discord community owners. We track and grade sports picks posted in servers you designate, for transparency. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold stakes, pay prizes, process gambling transactions, or sell picks. Nothing here is betting advice.

2. Eligibility

The service is offered to community owners operating lawfully in the United States. Communities based in Washington State are not eligible. You attest that your community is 21+ and that you have the authority to enroll it.

3. No advice; your responsibility

We publish a factual record of picks and grades. We do not tell anyone what to bet. Members receive no advice from us, agree not to treat the record as advice, and agree that disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration, waiving class actions, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Coverage and completeness

All channels where your registered cappers post picks must be tracked. Systematically posting tracked picks into wider undesignated channels to reduce Tracked Reach is a coverage violation; where detected it is disclosed on your record and the channel may be added to your Tracked Reach.

5. Billing

Tracked Reach = the number of distinct, non-bot guild members who hold the View Channel permission on at least one channel you designate for pick tracking, measured by daily sample; a billing period's Tracked Reach is the median of its daily samples. Price is $1/month per member above the first 25, capped at $750/month. See the pricing page and refund policy.

6. The record survives

The pick, grade, and tail fact ledger is append-only and survives cancellation. Ending service annotates your record "tracking ended"; it never deletes it. Message content and author display data are removable on request; market-keyed pick facts are pseudonymous and retained.
