How the price works
We bill on Tracked Reach: the number of real, non-bot members who can see at least one channel you point us at for pick tracking. Not messages, not picks — the people who can see the room.
- Your first 25 members are free, on the full product. From the 26th on, it’s $1 per member per month.
- Hard-capped at $750 a month. A 5,000-member community pays the same $750 as an 800-member one — you’re never punished for growing.
- Measured daily, billed on the month’s middle. The bot checks your reach once a day, and the charge uses the median of those daily readings — so one quiet day or one spike moves nothing. Every reading is on your dashboard.
- A real 30-day free trial of the whole product — no card up front. It starts the moment setup is finished, and it’s the same full feature set you’d pay for.
- Cancel anytime — self-serve, two clicks, from your dashboard. No email, no phone call.
If it’s your first paid month and you ask within 30 days of the charge, we refund it in full — no questions, self-serve from the dashboard. After that, cancel anytime: you keep access through the period you already paid for, we don’t charge you again, and we don’t prorate partial months. If we ever mis-count your tracked reach, we refund the difference automatically and show the correction on your dashboard.
The member-facing extras — best-odds replies, live line updates, results cards, the tail button, performance reports — pause.
