Refund Policy

If this is your first paid month and you ask within 30 days of the charge, we refund it in full — no questions, self-serve from the dashboard. After that, cancel anytime: you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and we don't charge you again; we don't prorate partial months. If we ever mis-measure your tracked reach, we refund the difference automatically and show the correction on your dashboard.

Cancelling never deletes or edits your community's record.
