The RC Verified Standard
Every RC Verified credential certifies exactly this — no more, no less. Each credential resolves at /verify to a live record issued under a stated version of this Standard.
1 · Eligibility floor
A community becomes eligible to publish only once its own tracked ledger holds at least 50 graded picks spanning at least 14 days. Publication additionally requires an explicit owner opt-in — the floor alone never publishes anything.
2 · What “tracked” means — and what RC Verified is not
RC Verified means this community’s betting record is independently tracked by Ranked Cappers: every pick is timestamped when it is posted, graded against game data, and written to an append-only ledger that no one — not the community, not Ranked Cappers — can edit or delete. The community’s owner has opted in to publishing this record. RC Verified is a statement that the record is independently tracked and owner-published — it is NOT an endorsement, rating, ranking, or prediction of future results, and it does not assert the record is good or profitable.
3 · Coverage rule
Coverage: picks are tracked only from the community’s configured channels; picks posted elsewhere are not on file. Coverage is disclosed, not assumed: a record speaks only for the channels it was tracked from.
4 · Grading — frozen
Grading rules are frozen per sport. They change only by a versioned public amendment to this Standard — never silently, and never retroactively for already-graded picks.
5 · Our own published error rate
2 grade corrections logged across 2 graded picks — a published correction rate of 100.00%. Corrections are append-only: the original grade stays visible alongside the correction.
An auditor that audits itself is harder to capture quietly: this figure is computed live from the same append-only grade ledger the records use.
6 · The credential
Every published community is issued a permanent, system-minted credential number (RC-XXXXXX). It is opaque (reveals neither count nor order), immutable once issued, survives handle changes, and is never reassigned — on revocation it is retired and resolves to an explicit revoked status. The lookup at /verify, never the image, is the credential.

A credential states the Standard version it was issued under. When this Standard changes, the change lands here first.
